Tasks
All your deadlines and reminders in one place. Whether that’s a deadline to file evidence or a reminder to make sure you do it. Add and assign tasks to yourself or others, search tasks by responsibility, due date, or task status, and set up automatic emails of your daily deadline list so you never miss a date.
Events
This is where you can build a timeline of key events for each matter, like a contract start date or registration date. You can see all your events in one place in this tab or switch to a specific matter to see its individual timeline. With events set, you can trigger task automations, like creating a deadline a set number of days after an event has occurred.
Contacts
Manage all your contacts in a connected way, from owners and opponents to internal team members and external counsel. We connect every single contact to all related matters so you always know who to ask when something comes up.
Think of it as the ultimate address book where you can search using filters, find out who’s connected to what cases, and automate emails and notifications. You can also add tags, set up legal owners automatically, and group issues by contact type, making reporting a breeze.

The ‘Matters’ tab is where you can find existing matters and set up new ones. There’s also the ability to generate, export, and schedule reports based on your chosen parameters and filters.
At Obviously, your matters can be anything, including trademark and patent registrations, settlement agreements, domain names, customs seizures, investigations, litigation, and disputes. Our platform is made-to-measure. This means if you have a special way of keeping track of clearance searches or managing licensees, we can set up the system to suit your needs.
